At Bao Brothers, our journey began with us - two brothers carrying forward a proud family tradition. As third-generation restaurateurs, we grew up in the UK surrounded by the sights, smells, and flavours of authentic Chinese cuisine, with roots stretching back to Hong Kong and China. Every member of our family honed their skills in the kitchen, creating recipes bursting with tradition and flavour.

Our travels across Asia inspired us even further, and we are now determined to bring bold, modern twists on these traditional flavours to the UK. With over 10 years of culinary experience between us, we’ve crafted a menu full of vibrant, flavour-packed dishes inspired by trending favourites from across Asia.
